Earthworks is a concise group of three images which presents individual yet complementary sculptural elements found in a natural environment.  These large archival pigment prints allow the forms to appear near life-size, enhancing the viewer’s perception of their mass, shape, and volume.  This work expresses my interest in the photographic translation of actual space and form onto a two-dimensional surface, and presents a sense of the sculptural found in nature.
